经买卖双方确认，同意按照下列条款，由买方购进，卖方售出下列商品，特订立本合同：「this contract is made by and betweenthe buyers and the sellers,whereby the buyers agree to buy and the sellers agreeto sell the under-mentioned commodity according to the terms and conditionsstipulated below」：

风险提示：

要求商家在订购合同上注明产品的品牌、型号、单价、数量，品牌型号必须是标准用名，不能产生歧义，前后名称必须保持一致;在标注产品的数量时，最好将产品的平米数和片数都标注清楚，方便验货时核对产品的数量。

另外，标的物必须是合法物品，违法则合同无效。

风险提示：

运输方式一般由需方提出，也可协商约定运输方式、运输路线、运输工具。总的要求是运费低、运速快、货物安全到达。

注意，要明确约定如果由于供方原因，选择了不合理的运输路线和工具，由此造成的损失，就承担赔偿责任。

此外，运输费用的负担，应结合货物价款考虑，要明确约定清楚，以避免争议。

信用证项下：买方接到卖方根据第十三条规定所发出的装运通知后，在装船前天内，开出与合同总值等值的以卖方为受益人的不可撤消的即期信用证。「underletter of credit: the buyers upon receipt from the sellers of the deliveryadvice specified in clause 13 hereof .shall days prior to the date of delivery.open an irrevocable letter of credit at sight with in favor of the sellers ,forthe total value of shipment. 」

直接付款：买方收到卖方根据第十条规定所发出的装船单据后天内，将货款电汇或信汇给卖方。「by direct remittance: paymentshall be effected by the buyers ,by t/t or m/t, with in days after receipt fromthe sellers of the shipping documents specified in clause 10 hereof .」
